Ordering Repeat Prescriptions

You can order a repeat prescription in the following ways:

• Online through the website.
• By posting your request to the practice. If you wish your prescription to be posted back to you, please send a stamped, addressed envelope.
• By visiting the practice and bringing your request slip from your last prescription.

Please allow 3 working days for routine prescriptions.

Requests received after 13:00 will not be processed until the following day and so a further delay must be expected.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

If you have been advised by the surgery that your medication review is due, please complete our Medication Review form.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions. You can book an appointment, by visiting our Consulting Room.
